PICTURED LIGHTGUN IS NOT INCLUDED AND SHOWN ONLY AS AN EXAMPLE INSTALLATION. After purchase contact me and I will send the installation guide if you need it. I will also include a printout in the package where you can access the directions for installation. These are press-fit brackets I designed to replace the push button of various console video game lightguns with a microswitch behind the trigger. Requires a
little soldering know-how. You may need to secure the bracket with a dot of hot glue but it is designed to be snug. Screws and a brand new microswitch, 50 gram actuation force, are
included with this kit. As this is a DIY alteration, it is the buyer's
responsibility to know what they're doing. I can provide help by
messages if you have any questions. Currently I am manufacturing with
black plastic, but that may change to a different color if I run out.
Note that there could be some dimensional variance in the injection
molded parts that the 3D printed parts fit into. You may have to perform
some filing or use a razor/sharp knife to widen holes if things are too
tight. I design these kits to be snug as it's better to have excess
material instead of 'not enough.' These are custom designed pieces that will let you mount a microswitch behind the trigger. When you disable the
original button
or desolder it out to replace it with this kit, you get a very precise
action on the trigger. Accurate shots and no missed pulls. You just run
wire
from the common and normally-open tabs of the new switch to where the
original button was. This listing is for customers interested in purchasing a variety of kits in one order to save on shipping!
